Yep! Just have them do a backup through the DM and then do a restore. Make
sure they have that data selected for backup though otherwise it may not
back it up.

So the user would need to us BB Desktop Mgr to back it up I would
imagine. Ok thanks, that's what I thought. Typically my  users don't
care but I have one that does.
