Good Day to all: I have a single user and his blackberry stops working. He is not able to receive or send emails on his blackberry until I restart the server from the Management Console. I am using BPS 4.1.4.15 and the user has a BB 8800 running OS 4.5.0.124. What logs should I look thru to see what could be causing the problem? This happens about once or twice a week and Is really annoying not only to me but to the user as well.
