Not possible. The maximum pre-population is 14 days worth of messages or 750 messages…. Whichever limit is reached first.

I believe his computer is only powered on about once a month. He recently got a new BB (warranty exchange), when we did the EA he “lost” all the older emails he had on his previous BB. He would like not having to sit at his desk to read the emails from the last month. I know that BES gives a sampling of your mailbox when you do an EA and I’m pretty sure there isn’t a way to configure BES to give you a larger sampling but I thought I’d ask in case anyone knew of a way. He would like to have atleast the last 2 months worth of emails (we’re talking about 3000 messages maybe more).
