Thanks, just tried that (resent service books from BAS) and user states
it is still a no-go. I am now trying what Amos suggested:

While on that first screen, type RSET. We had the same problem.
Resetting the calendar fixed the sync issue.

Assuming all other wireless sync items work (email, address book, etc.),
I think it is safe to assume that the CICAL Service Book is either
missing or corrupt. Have you tried deleting and undeleting the
Desktop[CICAL] Service Book?

Subject: [Bes-admins] Storm II Os Question on Calendar Sync

Hello all.

We just activated our first Storm II (user owned, no apps). If anyone
has a Storm II that is on their BES, could you please review a setting
for me. I'm looking for Calendar > Options > Desktop (see screenshot
#1). I am having a hard time getting the users calendar to wirelessly
sync. I see no options to wirelessly sync (the screenshots below were
taken from my Storm on the latest 5.0x OS. Just curious where the
Wireless sync options are for Calendar on Storm IIs. Thanks!

Then does it display the following:

Happy Holidays !
