I've had that before. Do a manual refresh or lookup from the Address book, or 
logout of the BAS and log back in. That always worked for me.

Hi Everyone,

Happy New Year. I had a situation today where a user got a new Blackberry. So I 
removed his device and Blackberry information via BAS. Now when I try to add 
him back he does not show up via the search although he is definitely in 
AD/GAL. Has anyone experienced that yet. Could the account be stuck somewhere 
and not fully purged? How can I check? thanks
