It is the original OS that came with the device from ATT. I suppose I will reload and update.

During a call the device will randomly shut off and reboot. One device will at times become totally inactive and unresponsive requiring a battery pull to reboot. Any thoughts as to why this is occurring? These phones are enterprise activated with a BES Professional version.
