Everyone, I have a user who wants to be able to delete emails from her blackberry and not have the deletes synch back to Outlook. But when she deletes from Outlook she wants it to synch to the Blackberry. Can this be done? Her email reconciliation option was set to delete on handheld but did not create the desired result. Emails removed from Outlook to not get synched back to the device.
