The user claims she has tried to do a "reconcile now" and it does not make a difference.

Reconcile now just forces the update immediately. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to work, but that's how it does work for us. But when she deletes from Outlook she wants it to synch to the Blackberry. Can this be done? Her email reconciliation option was set to delete on handheld but did not create the desired result. Emails removed from Outlook to not get synched back to the device.
