A user is complaining of a 507 crash on her bold. It occurred between leaving
the office and arriving home. Any thoughts? All literature says the device will
need to be connected to a computer for system reinstall. I will have to perform
this remotely as I am not local to that office.

Is there any way to revive a device where a 507 error is not a result of an
attempted system update or modification? She definitely did not enter her
password wrong too many times the device would not have wiped itself.

I’d say that was more a BAS issue. At the time of simply logging in, I think
the web server itself will be giving you those pages. Install a second BAS
instance somewhere to verify.

This is hard to explain this so I will add this screenshot, but for some reason
some of the labels/headers in my web interface are all screwed up. They seem to
be showing a description of the field then the field themselves, not sure what
is going on. I don't see anything in the event viewer, we are running 5.0 with
the latest patches.
