Do you have webmail or OWA? If you change the status of a message in
webmail do you see the status change in Outlook 2007? If you don't,
keep reading.

I've discovered that a corrupted .ost file will cause this problem. An
.ost only exists when using Exchange Cached Mode. Delete or rename the
.ost and let Outlook create a new one.

I am trying to troubleshoot a sync issue.

I have the following:
Server 2003
Bes 4.1 sp7
87 users
Mostly Curve 8830 and new curve and tour
Same version cdo files etc....
I do have the email reconciliation on and mailbox wins and
delete on both.

The problem is that the email or comes to the blackberry and is in my
outlook 2007. When I open it on the desktop it never opens on the
blackberry. When you open or delete from the blackberry it does open
and delete off the desktop.

It is only one way. Not sure if it ever worked and it does happen to
other.

Thank you for any assistance.

David
