I'm at a loss on this and any insight anyone might have would be
helpful. Our HR Director's curve had failed, the infamous track ball in
the middle. I got her a spare, called Sprint, swapped it over things
were good. For some reason the rep didn't add the BES plan so I
contacted our rep directly instead of calling in and she took care of
it. Problem is, every time I set her up on our BES it says Enterprise
Activation successful, works fine for about an hour or so then drops the
BES connection completely. I have to wipe the device and start over.
Figured it was a bad BB so I got her another one, same results. I've
tried everything, I've removed her account from the BES, waited all day,
added it back, same thing. Weird thing is, data service works just fine
when her BES connection fails, I can browse the web, etc, just no BES.
I'm leaning toward a problem with her account with Sprint as that's
about all that's left but if anyone has any ideas please let me know. 

 

We're running BES 4 and the curve has OS 4.5 on it.
