We have had numerous (20+) 8310's doing this. Almost every time, the battery has been slightly swelled in the middle, I know the 9000's have different batteries but it's worth a look. Most of the time a replacement battery solved the issue. If the battery was not the problem, a complete wipe and OS load has worked.

We have a number of Tours (9630's) and there have been some reports of reboots. Not unusual. The majority of the are running 4.6 or 4.7 OS's. They are all on Verizon, and just were activated in the past month or so. Second - The Update: If anyone out there is using DataViz's Documents / PDF To Go on your Blackberries - I found an issue with version 2.00001 of the software..... Docs/Spread/Slide to go would activate without an issue, but PTG would not work - no matter if the software was loaded via BES or Desktop, it would fail with permission errors. I found Version 2.00004 was release not too long ago, and it corrects the issue.
