I just had this issue- our domain controllers were getting promoted/demoted
(and one went offline unexpectedly for a few minutes) and some of our BES
picked up on it and some didn't. In some cases a reboot solved in but for a
couple BES we actually had to recreate the MAPI profiles on them.

I am not sure but if that was the case wouldn't everyone on the bes have lookup
issue, not just certain users?

Did a domain controller get shut down or anything? We've had this issue when it
loses the connection to a global catalogue server. There was at least one still
up, but it still caused issues.
I seem to remember something dealing with GCs in a BES MR but can't find it.

Guys,
I have a bunch of users who on their blackberry get "the message included an
invalid address". We are running BES 4.1.6 on Exchange 2003, any ideas.?
Thanks
