We have about 15% of our users on iPhone (including myself). We use iPhone
Configuration Utility to create Profiles and Policies. There isn't an easy way
to govern these remotely until the new iPhone software is out.

But, with BES you can set the policies so that if the device does not talk to
the server periodically then it wipes itself. So, off the grid = dead to me.

Now, we aren't doing that yet, but may be soon.

Well, to be fair, you can't remote wipe ANY phone that is not accepting

The only flaw that is holding us back from deploying 'test iPhones' is the
(well documented) fact that if a phone is lost/stolen, we cant remote wipe if
the iPhone has been taken off the grid (SIM chip pulled). Once Apple gets this
worked out - Im certain that my signature will soon be ...Sent from my iPhone

We are looking at iPhone also, but concerned about security and the extra
manpower to support. Mainly our marketing, e-commerce types think they have to
have the iPhone... I have one now that I am trying for 30 days... I hate
typing on it... so freaking so.

Local County government...that's your excuse. We ONLY support/authorize BBs.
A shame too, I want an iPhone for myself!

I'm looking for a good excuse to support nothing but BlackBerry...

Yes, but we don't guarantee anything beyond BlackBerry will work.

Android doesn't work, it doesn't support EAS security fully. We recommend the
software TouchDown.
iPhones work.
WinMo works unless it's an older phone that doesn't use comodo certs.

Hi all,

Just want to survey how many have BB deployed along with iPhone/Android/WinMo7.
If using activesync, who is using ISA to publish.
Anyone using "Good"?
