Does anyone know if there is a way to find out if a device or a user's account 
has been provisioned to connect to a BES server? Quite often we have users who 
will go out and buy a BB, the sales kid will automatically add them to the BIS 
plan. Then they'll come to us and try to connect to our BES, once it fails then 
that requires us to get the user to switch to an enterprise plan. I know 
occasionally even with a BIS plan, you'll see the enterprise activation icons 
around so it can get the Help Desk a little confused whether or not it's ready. 
Wondering if there is a service book or a cmd that can be ran which will go 
through a checklist to see if it's ready to hookup to a BES.
