No need to use the enterprise transporter, just follow kb12304, How to migrate the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to new hardware using a BlackBerry Enterprise Server migration kit. The second srp you have can be used in place of a migration kit. Keeps all your server settings intact using that kb.
