I read that earlier this morning prior to sending out my frantic emails! Turns
out our logging was set at level 3 instead of lvl 4. Meh

Last question...

I reviewed the logs to verify the wipe | kill happened, this is all that I can
locate on the search...I looked at the rest of the log and cant seem to locate
a verification that the wipe actually happened. Am I missing something?

[30000] (06/25 09:22:17.697):{0x1428} {[email protected], PIN=*******,
UserId=336}RequestHandler::FormatGMETransactionForDevice - Sending
KILL_DEVICE_REQUEST request to device, contentType=ITADMIN, size=51, RefId=0,
TransactionId=-92233720355774365111, SRPID=S57419111, Tag=53611

I also cannot seem to locate the Security > Wipe SD card (we are on 5.0.1.58)
Looks like it is indeed a 5.0.2 thing.

Thank you,
Mark

I do remote wipes all the time (one bes admin for offices in multiple cities)
and it DOES NOT wipe the sd card so if the user has photos or sensitive company
documents on it, you're out of luck
