In some areas of BAS, such as searching for new software bundles, it lists the 
device hardware ID instead of the model number. RIM is looking into that one.

Administrator user > Create an administrator user 

Under SP1, You could create new Admin Users who authenticate via AD without 
adding passwords - which makes sense if they are using AD to authenticate.

After SP2, it prompts you to add a password....  But I'm still testing it 
out....
