I've had that happen before and sometimes I have to restart the SYNC instance
on the BES server. I always thought you had to delete an account and then
re-add it ... but after getting responses to a post I had, I tried just issuing
a new activation password for an account and that seems to work (at least on
BES 5.0).

Subject: [Bes-admins] Can't add a user to BAS - Database thinks it already there

Hi Guys,

to re-add and BAS wont allow because its there, but when searching it doesn't
come up.
