I have a user who is getting duplicate emails, anywhere from 6-20 minutes difference in time stamp. At first, I suspected a BIS account that duplicates his BES account. Not that. Then, I suspected that some senders were addressing both his work and personal email addresses. Nope.
Has anyone run into this?
