There was an unintended update to IE8 on our Win Server 2003 hosted BES. Blocked the bottom pane from displaying and prevented right click menus. BES 4.1.7.

Redirection is working fine. Users are visible. The bottom pane which normally shows status data on that user and has some common command links is blank. Right clicking a user produces nothing.
