There was an unintended update to IE8 on our Win Server 2003 hosted BES.
Blocked the bottom pane from displaying and prevented right click menus.
BES 4.1.7.

 

As soon as we removed IE8, everything started working again.

Yeah, I did try rebooting it.  I'll see what happens when the dc is

did you try bouncing the bes, this could be related to the bad dc.

BES 4.1.7

 

I don't know if this is an errant MS Update issue, or something related
to a misbehaving domain controller (being fixed), or just a BES problem.

 

Redirection is working fine.  Users are visible.  The bottom pane which
normally shows status data on that user and has some common command
links is blank.  Right clicking a user produces nothing.  In short,
things are working, but I can't manage.
