I'm using the Exchange public folders to share calendars. Wicksoft
mobile documents to access on your blackberry or you can go the free
route and always use the bb browser to find public folders.

Subject: [Bes-admins] Shared calendars on BES (with Exchange) or Google?

Was wondering if anyone out there can help point me in the right
direction.

We are on BES 5 and have Exchange 2007. I've been tasked with finding a
solution to allow users in various departments see a "shared" calendar
in Outlook (and OWA) as well as on their Blackberry phones. Is that
even possible?

If that isn't possible using Exchange 2007, has anyone used the Google
Apps Connector for BES or the Google Calendar Connectors (
http://code.google.com/p/google-calendar-connectors/) to know if it's
possible to share a calendar that way?
