Hmmm, Interesting, thing is I don't think the services were restarted.
Our server team installed about 13 microsoft patches and it seemed to
have kicked something off. I sent the log files files to RIM and am
waiting to hear back.

This happened to me yesterday.  It was a user i was working with a few
days ago, and it happened after running mailbox repair utility on BES
4.1.  I suppose it was something that was queued and not delivered until
the services restarted on our BES.

Does anyone know why a user would get this message, "Password was
changed by administrator" when nobody at our help desk would have tried
to change it.

Its been happening to a few users.
