There are a few errors that come-up. Basically, most of them are 20x series, 
and I can assure you that rebooting the device absolutely will not fix this 
issue!

20x series errors are memory corruption. This is usually an indicator of some 
cross-linked or damaged COD files on the device file system. The only way I 
found to fix this is to do a wipe and OS reload. If the error repeats, then 
device memory is defective and you should consider a complete device 
replacement.

Has anyone had their users experience this? I had a few reports recently. I 
think it's a hardware issue and the device should be returned. But a colleague 
of mine found this article, thoughts?
