Well, were do I begin?

Having a standby server requires network share to contain quorum and cache. To
assure high availability, I placed this share on DFS. Periodically, Good
refuses to access the share and disables the user whose data it is writing.
Disabling the user causes a message to appear on the device "IT Administrator
disabled your device" and the only way to fix this is to delete and re-install
the client followed by re-activation (enter email and key). Needless to say -
this gets users ticked-off!

Another gem is using the UI through IE. 2 days ago I sorted the users by device
to see who never activated their account. I saw 4 people on the list. I
selected those four and used "Delete" function. The result was not what I
expected at all! Good deleted about 30 users on the same page! Now I have to
deal with consequences...

I can go on for while, but maybe it is just me...

To be perfectly honest, Good is the only game in town that will allow you to
have secure container on the individually liable device. This is a very
attractive feature, and I'm very grateful to them for being in business.
However, I think they can benefit from a few good developers and better
architecture.

Hi all,

Beside BlackBerry that we all love, does anyone support non-BB devices such as
iPhone, Androids, WebOs, and Win 7?

If so, what is your preferred mobile management solution?
