Something has changed on my BAS server so that I can no longer log in with AD credentials.
This has been an ongoing problem. Last week I noticed that the time between the BAS, BES and domain controllers was somewhat skewed (all servers are virtual). Once I synced the time, it seemed to be fixed ... but the problem has occurred again. I get the message "The username, password, or domain is not correct. Please correct the entry." whenever I try to log in with Microsoft credentials. It isn't so much of an issue for me getting in to add/delete users, but we point our users to the webdesktop for updating setting on their phones. I've tried verifying java versions, check domain credentials, installing latest patches ... no luck. Any suggestions? [cid:[email protected]] Wes Harper Network Administrator Network Services Dept.
