Now that's been done, I'd like to ask the same question but for a 2007>2010 migration. My BES service account is still on 2007 but Blackberry users on Exchange 2010 are still working just fine :)

When to move BESservice account Just wanted to report back... - I moved the BESAdmin account to Exchange 2010 without an issue and followe the rest of the Steps in the BES migration doc - All mailboxes on Exchange 2003 continued to work properly - I moved my mailbox to Exchange 2010 and my BlackBerry is still working. All is well. =) This gives me a few weeks to get all the Exchange mailboxes moved over. When to move BES service account We have a single BES 5.0 Service Pack 2 Maintenance Release 4 server. Currently we are in the process of migrating from Exchange 2003 to 2010. Our Exchange servers are configured independently. Each server has its own send connector directly to the internet, and each server has a separate URL for OWA etc. I've left all users who have BlackBerry's installed on the Exchange 2003 server. I have been reviewing the BES KB article: "How to migrate from Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or 2007 to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 in a BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 environment" http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/dynamickc.do?externalId=KB22601&sliceID=1&command=show&forward=nonthreadedKC&kcId=KB22601 I have completed Tasks 1 and 2, but have held up before actually moving the BES service account to the 2010 server, as I figure this is probably the point of no return... My question is a matter of timing. At what point do I move the BES service account? Do I move it first, then move all the BES users? Or can I start moving users to the new Exchange 2010 server and leave the BES service account on the 2003 server and just move it later?
