Greetings one and all,

The BES Admin service acct mailbox we use to send notifications (e.g.
activation passwords) to activated users currently has an
external-enabled address (meaning anyone outside the org can send email
to it). I wanted to know if this is required for the mailbox to
function; I'd prefer to give it an internal SMTP that restricts sending
to only mailboxes in the Exchange 2003 org in order to eliminate (in
other words, it would go from [email protected] to
[email protected]). And, in changing the address, would I need to
restart the BES Server or services?

Thanks!
