Personally, I'd use the BB desktop manager software to sync the contacts
with a temporary Outlook profile. From there, you can export those
contacts into a PST, then import the PST into the contacts folder into
Exchange.

Subject: [Bes-admins] Pulling contacts from non-BES BB

I have a new managed iPhone user with an old, personal, unmanaged (never
connected to BES) BlackBerry. I want to pull his contacts from the BB
and import them to exchange. I don't have a lot of experience managing
an using BBa outside of BES. What is the best strategy for exporting
those non-exchange contacts into exchange?
