That's a great workaround, I'll try that thanks :)

I'm not aware of an "Assign IT Policy" permission that can be granted. What we
do here is we have an IT Policy assigned to a group, and the BlackBerry support
staff assign users to that group.

Subject: [Bes-admins] Assign IT policy issue

Hi all,

I'm customizing the Junior Helpdesk role to allow my service desk staff to
add/delete/edit BES users. Unfortunately I'm having trouble finding a specific
role entry that will allow them to assign an appropriate IT policy: there is
simply no way for them to edit it, only view the currently assign policy.

Has anyone done this successfully and can point me in the right direction?

Many thanks,

Richard
