We migrated to a new firewall yesterday evening around 10:00pm, and we are just now getting everything squared away.
About the only piece left to fix is BES connectivity. It's been a marathon, so I could use some help to make sure I'm thinking straight. I've rebooted our BES and BAS (we're running BES version 5.0.2 MR2). If I go into the Blackberry Server Configuration, I have a good connection to our SQL server and the Test Network Connection button on the Blackberry Router tab shows the connection to be successful. If I go into the BAS and try to send an email to a phone, it fails, but I can send a text message it works. Since the BES, BAS and all Exchange servers are on the same network, I'm not sure what "broke". But at the moment, where to look next escapes me.
