I have had two users come to me today with the same issue and I am not sure how 
to correct it.  The problem is no matter what setting you have setup for the 
profiles the ringer will not ring when a call comes in.  We tried rebooting the 
phone and changing all the ringer settings with no luck.  One device was a 
user's personal BB 9000 (not on BES) and another was a BES controlled BB 9800 
with latest OS.

Does anyone have any ideas?
