Is there a limitation on email addresses imposed by BES 5.0.3? We have a user with the address, firstname.last-n...@company.org Yes, that is a hyphenated last name. BES can't find the account whether searching Display name (full or just first), nor email address. Coming up fine in Exchange 2007. Does BES choke on addresses like this? If so, and I create an exchange smtp alias to overcome the limitation, will it work if it is not the primary smtp?
