I am not well versed in the details of BES-Exchange interactions, so I
will have to fumble my way through. Any further insight would be
appreciated, otherwise I will do my best and let you know the results.

Thanks for your input,

I wonder if MAPI/CDO versions could be part of it as well. I know I've
had some issues with systems that weren't using the recommended version
and issues that didn't seem obvious to be a CDO problem.

In my experience, when a thread is hung it's an Exchange issue. See any
errors at the time of the issue that correlate?

All,

I am getting these errors frequently, occasionally, causing the BES to
restart the service altogether. We are running Exchange 2003 with BESX
and 2 exchange servers, both on the same LAN as the BES and relatively
load balanced between the two.

Any thoughts? I have been scouring the forums, but cannot seem to find
a clear answer.

In my experience this is caused by either load on Exchange (backups?) or
network connectivity issues.
