I went to one of their sales pitches about Fusion last month - Fusion server is going to support BB10 phones, BES will not.  So you need a CAL for Fusion for BB10 phones, otherwise you need a CAL for the BES for older phones.

If I understood it correctly (and maybe I didn't, they weren't very clear) Fusion is going to act as a central management point for various services: Android, iOS, BB10, and BES (for older phones).

From the Mobile Fusion page http://us.blackberry.com/business/software/mobilefusion/:

“To manage BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry Mobile Fusion, BlackBerry Enterprise Sever v5.0.3 or BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express v5.0.3 is required. Ensure your organization is taking advantage of the full capabilities of BlackBerry Mobile Fusion by upgrading your BlackBerry Enterprise Server or BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express to v5.0.3. Upgrade your BlackBerry Enterprise Server before March 30, 2012 to take advantage of limited-time offers.”

So I already bought a BES CAL, if I want to use Mobile Fusion for the people that want to stay on BB instead of migrating to iPhone or Android I have to buy another CAL for Mobile Fusion?
