It had to do with the “blocked numbers” in the firewall… once I took those out, they all work. Only affect devices running software below 7.0…. don’t have a fix on it yet, but know what caused it…

I had a couple users on Friday with this issue and now today I have a few dozen. Four carriers, so it’s not carrier specific. I’m starting to think it is the older model BB’s. We have BES running 5.0.3.31.
