If you see the procedures for non-revertive, you may infer that it is easy to implement with a preference number but it is not easy to implement with other DF Algs like HRW or modulo based. Thanks. It states in section 3 - “The DP capability is supported by DF Algs Highest-Preference or Lowest-Preference, and MAY be used with the default DF Alg or HRW [RFC8584]. The procedures of the "Don't Preempt" capability for the default DF Alg or HRW are out of the scope of this document.” Is there any other document which describes the procedures of the use of the DP with the other algorithms?
