Refresh > Browse does not work for me. There was not need to make that change
anyway. That does not improve the software.  It does not make sense.  It did make
sense,  the way it worked earlier.
 
It is no use writing to whoever is there at the BestChart site. I wrote to NSE, on Friday
morning and by afternoon, they did take action on it and the fault has been rectified
and they have resumed showing 15mins delayed updates continously as before.

It appears that NSE is not allowing data for current day to be made available to Yahoo, as apparently Bombay exchange does.
 
It appears that NSE does not make any data available to Yahoo until EOD. Then Yahoo provides that information for next 24 hours.
 
If you find a source for NSE data, you can create files to use in Best Charts.

You do not seem to have the  answers for what  I have written about.
 
It is not the EOD figures that's shown NSE. Even today, it shows the intraday chart for the    20-06-2005 (20th June). It remains stuck there. If it is intraday they should keep showing the positions continuously (even if it is delayed). Not just the end of the day figure. For this there is no need for a chart. It is a single fixed figure.
 
About refreshing a page,  you wrote back asking me to use Browser > Refresh. But this removes the page and takes us back to the home-page. This is what happens when we click
the OK button on the "Welcome to stock-anal.com"  error message that appears when we right click on a micro-chart page now. The page disppears entirely and we need to load it again. Earlier,  only the page got refreshed and the charts got updated , the page did not
disappear and we did not have to start from scratch. It appears,  the people who make these
changes do not seem to know what they are doing. It is clear that it is not the developer who
is in charge now.  These people are actually ruining the software. Maybe they have stolen
the codes and do not anything about it.
Earlier I had written to Stock-anal directly asking them to add the page number on the intraday microchart on an open page. All the pages have the same title "Untraday MicroCharts" and there is no way other than,  looking at the charts to identify the page that is open. It must have
at least a page number  or  better the name we enter by the side of the radio buttons.
They do not seem to understand what I am pointing out, seeing that there is no change in
this for years !!!.  In the first place there is no acknowledgement or any reply from them or any
action on it. It is also surprising that no other user senses these inadequacies and writes about them.
 
I just do not know whom to write to get the software restored to its original state and features, for which I have paid for. To add insult to injury, I find that the old versions do not work now.
 
Could you please help me get my money refunded ???

Thank you for your reply. I thought it could be that Best-chart has lost the connection with
Yahoo because of incorrect URLs. I find now that the problem is with Yahoo. None of the charts on Yahoo shows the current NSE positons. They are still displaying th charts of
20-6-2005. So,  have to wait for things to get right at Yahoo. There could not be a worst time
than this for a problem of this kind to take place.. There are lot of action at the Bombay
Stock Exchanges. The Sensitive Index has crossed 7000 yesterday and reached 7150 today after the settlement of the issues relating to the ownership of the Comanies in Reliance group between the two brothers Anil and Mukesh, after their father's demise.
