I moderate 28 Yahoo groups, some for over 10 years, several with over 1600 members.
My comment was based on experience, not any personal bias or stereotyping. In these stock market related groups, most of the spam that is attempted is promoting Indian web sites, most of which are selling subscription stock picking services. I do like the messages in your Yahoo Group's description.
