Platform: i386 Debian 6.0 aka "squeeze" (the currently designated
stable version), desktop version. This comes included with (and
keeps maintained):

        Package: libqtcore4
        State: installed
        Automatically installed: yes
        Version: 4:4.6.3-4+squeeze1

The installation of the j801a_linux32.tar.gz ran fine (yielding
a working jconsole), and the "install 'qtide'" went flawless.
However:

$ /usr/local/j801/bin/jqt
"/usr/local/j801/bin/libjqt"
"could not resolve: state_run:

Cannot load library /usr/local/j801/bin/libjqt: (/usr/local/j801/bin/libjqt.so:
undefined symbol: _ZNK10QTabWidget14heightForWidthEi)"
$

Look like that is some symbol introduced later than qt-4.6.3.
Could J's QT-IDE be adopted to that?

                                                        Martin
