Looks to me like the jqt binaries (the link between J & Qt) installed fine, the base library installed/upgraded fine. The Qt libraries themselves didn't install because it couldn't fine the file containing them. If I open look in the folder: http://www.jsoftware.com/download/qtlib/<http://www.jsoftware.com/download/qtlib/qt48-mac-x64.dmg> I can see qt48-mac-x64.zip. Not sure whether the file or the link to it needs to be changed.
