This does not seem to be working
From the Jwiki the latest j801 binaries are dated 21-Apr-2013 so I did not
update them.
Using install'qtide' within the console does not seem to upgrade.
I have just done so, and still get
JVERSION
Engine: j701/2011-01-10/11:25
Library: 8.01.011
Qt IDE: 1.0.7
Platform: Win 32
Installer: j801 beta install
InstallPath: c:/users/fraser/j801
Obviously Tom has got a later Qt IDE.
I will completely reinstall j801 to see if that gives a different result and
report as soon as it is done.

The binaries have been updated to 1.0.9.
This fixes the slow load J problem that Fraser mentioned.
There is a new edit control, edith, which will display html formatted
text.
For example, see the edith selection in the demo:
