It seems that I can only use the editor once in a J session. After opening, editing an ijs file, saving that file, and then loading that file and going to terminal. I can see the file ran successfully and can use nouns defined in the file. If I try to get back to the editor nothing happens.
Actually it seems to lock up J, because the terminal doesn't seem to work either, I can, however use the menu and then file->quit to stop J.
