Bjorn, The labs are a very good way to learn a concept. I found that that it was extremely tedious to write one, s About 10 years ago I realized that RGB was nost nearly as useful as GRB for locating large and small numbers in data arrays. I spent several months writing a lab to explain my ideas. It never seemed to be effective. Did you paste the code in a temp folder and run it in jqt? It is a continuous dialog you can interrupt Enter a line again and experiment. You can save it and run it again. You do not have to do a command to advance. Like a lab it is a dialog between the author an J and can be read as fast as you can read with no interruptions. Linda
