All windows and osx qt binaries are built by Norman Drinkwater, he also builds c++ jqt binaries for all desktops except debian and raspberry pi.
qt libraries and jqt binaries have be to updated by the install verb running in jconsole or executing the updatejqt command script. see qt ide in jwiki.
