It is still not clear to me how to know if the JVERSION is the most recent.
Does one have to go to jsoftware.com and check the version number at

http://www.jsoftware.com/download/j803/install  ,or
http://www.jsoftware.com/download/j804/install

against the noun JVERSION in the jqt or jhs or jconsole?
