for Linux, the popular linux distros already have the Qt libraries
installed. If not, the Qt libraries are provided in Debian by packages:
libqtcore4, libqtgui4, libqt4-opengl, libqtwebkit4, libqt4-declarative and
libqt4-declarative-particles.

but for slim version, only libqtcore4, libqtgui4 are required, as stated in
the raspberry pi section.

to build from source, libqt4-dev should probably be sufficient for slim
version, otherwise extra development packages for opengl and webkit may be
needed.
