There are lots of areas of confusion introduced by various versions of mac gatekeeper.
They are being looked and will be resolved before the final 805 release. Meantime, please bear with us and start jconsole with the extra steps. Or try creating the icons (as has been discussed in previous messages) from jconsole as has been discussed in previous messages. There is a good chance that the jconsole icon will work as you wish (and your feedback on it would be welcome).
