[Jbeta] Cursor in JQt edit window

Under windows the default cursor symbol is a single vertical line between
characters. This can be hard to see on high resolution monitors. This
cursor symbol can be made wider under windows making it easier to see. This
setting works fine in the "term" window but is ignored in the "edit" window.
